Job Description
- Attending to guests coming for water sports activities immediately.
- Assisting the instructors in all activities at the water sports centre.
- Planning and managing boat trips, catamaran sailing excursions, etc., in accordance with the Standard Operating Guidelines.
- Working towards promoting sales.
- Maintaining the materials, machinery, and other equipment at the centre.
- Respecting and following the rules and regulations of Sun Island.
- Attending weekly meetings conducted by the water sports team.
- Observing the safety and security of the guests at all times.
- Assisting and conducting practical courses in the absence of the instructor.
- Managing and conducting daily maintenance services to motorized and non-motorized equipment.
- Reporting to the base leader about faulty equipment, problems, and suggestions for improvement.
- Ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and sincerely.
- Updating water sports administration software and other required reports and records.
