What You Will Do:

  • Own full lifecycle recruitment (from research, sourcing and top of funnel creation to signed offers), primarily supporting Technical Services, Sales, Marketing and Creative.
  • Partner with and consult the hiring managers on market trends, compensation and opportunities in the marketplace - you’re the recruiting expert.
  • Support, and grow Innovid's DEI work: analysis, fostering new programs and solutions to drive DEI across the organization; help manage initiatives; ensure that DEI is woven into everything we do.
  • Serve as an advocate to both hiring teams and candidates throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through resulting in best in class client and candidate experience
  • Act as a company ambassador and demonstrate Innovid’s culture and values in conversations with candidates.
  • Track and communicate recruiting metrics from role kickoff to hire for accurate reporting and insights.
  • Utilize data to drive process improvement and high-quality decision making.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment and interview best practices and deliver training to hiring teams.
  • Conduct Zoom interviews to screen and identify top talent.

What You Will Need:

  • Experience: At least 3+ years of prior experience as a full-cycle recruiter hiring for positions for a high growth technology, media, or advertising company.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and interact with all levels of management
  • Finesse in client interaction and customer service, including working with Hiring Managers, taking new requirements, reviewing candidate profiles, and updating candidate pipeline progress
  • Proven experience with sourcing and hiring diverse talent
  • Teacher: You’re a subject matter expert when it comes to hiring. Coach and train our managers and hiring teams on best practices, enabling us to bring in great people on time.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effective written and verbal communication with internal hiring teams and candidates. Keeps all stakeholders informed and able to motivate and build consensus around hiring decisions.
  • Process Driven: Deep understanding that Innovid’s success is driven by its people. You are an ATS expert with high attention to detail and organization. Greenhouse experience is a plus.
