About The Role:

We are looking for an Experienced Recruiter / Recruiting Manager who finds joy and excitement in identifying and bringing in the best talent for their team as well as coaching and mentoring other team members.

Hiring the right people is one of the most important tasks we have ahead of us in order to achieve our exciting growth goals. As a Recruiting Manager at YipitData, you will be essential to our success by introducing great talent to our brand and getting them excited to pursue our roles.

In this role, you’ll be:

• Building and fostering a world-class network of top talents by utilizing your proactive and systematic sourcing skills and growing excitement within that network about the opportunity at YipitData
• Reviewing incoming resumes and initial screen candidates to identify the top candidates to move forward
• Developing and executing creative outbound candidate recruiting strategy by leveraging a number of communications methods including cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging, etc.
• Partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, broader Recruiting and the People Ops teams to fit the hiring process to real team needs
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of talented recruiters
• Managing our best in class candidate experience by demonstrating impeccable communication skills and empathy

You are likely to succeed if:

• You have 3-5 years experience in full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (background in Sales candidate recruiting in an agency setting is a big plus!)
• You have 1+ year experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members
• You have an understanding and interest in capital markets
• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and emotional intelligence (a proven ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy)
• You have an excellent organization and data-driven project management skills

• You genuinely love hunting down the best candidate for the job and selling them on the opportunity
• You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can manage many parallel processes going on at the same time

• You are curious, scrappy, and have an eye for detail
