Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver value to the business by tracking recruiting metrics, sourcing passive applicants, helping to managing the full recruitment lifecycle, create an employment brand while building future pipelines with apprenticeship, internship and co-op programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify recruitment challenges, create recruitment strategy for hard to fill positions and track overall recruitment metrics.
  • Source passive applicants by creating compelling job positing, leveraging sourcing platforms/tools/advertisements and building relationships.
  • Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while partnering with the Human Resource Assistant on the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Create a recruitment marketing plan to improve diversity and inclusion while also getting the Barber-Nichols name out as a top employer.
  • Help create and facilitate apprenticeship, internship and co-op programs.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, an individual must posses the knowledge, training, experience and abilities required.

Education and Training:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or business is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • Five years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting for hard to fill roles

Other:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment
  • Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Must be willing to work overtime as required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing organization is a plus.

  • Hiring Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is eligible for bonus.
