Defend and litigate employment-related lawsuits, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and non-compete cases Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration Advise and counsel employers on labor and employment law matters Provide training to employers on various workplace law issues Manage and oversee employment-related agency charges of discrimination Stay updated on state and federal employment laws and agency procedures Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school Minimum of 3 years of employment or commercial litigation experience Background in employment law strongly preferred Admitted to the Washington State Bar in good standing Understanding of state and federal agency procedures related to employment law Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications:
Admission to the Washington State Bar Skills:
