Duties: Defend and litigate employment-related claims in lawsuits and agency charges Advise and counsel employers on labor law issues Provide training for employers on employment law matters Represent clients in court, arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediation Handle employment matters involving class actions, collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, employment contracts, and non-compete agreements Preferred but not required: Class Action/PAGA experience Requirements: 2+ years of experience, with a focus on employment law strongly preferred Active admission to the California State Bar in good standing Solid understanding of state and federal agency procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials Skills: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities Professionalism and dedication to collegiality Job Location:
