200 Day Contract (July - June) 12 Personal Leave Days 8 Hours Per Day PERF and Non-Certified Benefit Package Annuity Match Starting Salary Range $27.35 - $29.50 (Based on Experience) Nature of Work Under the direct supervision of the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent, assist in meeting the goals and objectives of the school corporation, and to assist the Corporation Treasurer as needed.
Essential Job Functions
Provide administrative support to the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent. Manage all aspects of ECA (Extra-Curricular Accounts) billing. Oversee all functions related to Cafeteria banking. Coordinate and process curriculum material orders. Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing supply orders, processing transcript requests, and handling incoming mail. Generate purchase orders for approved requisitions. Reconcile invoices with corresponding purchase orders upon receipt. Enter and maintain accurate Special Education data. Prepare and submit the County Treasurer's Report twice annually. Adapt to evolving responsibilities and take initiative in completing additional tasks as needed or assigned. Equipment
Use standard office equipment, such as personal computers and copiers. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to understand, apply and use personal computers and software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Google). Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information regarding students, employees and others. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and others contacted in the course of work. Ability to report work orally or in writing to supervisor as required. Effective writing and verbal communication skills.
