The Administrative Assistant at DRS Group USA will be a key player in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  2. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
  3. Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  5. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  6. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures when necessary.
  7. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  8. Assist colleagues whenever necessary to ensure teamwork and office cohesion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
  2. Proficiency in Google Drive and familiarity with office management procedures.
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  6. High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
