What We Offer:

Responsibilities:

Provide remote and on-site IT support for end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Oversee and manage the IT ticket queue, ensuring adherence to SLAs. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. Support Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) and CRM/ERP/WMS systems. Manage and configure VoIP PBX systems, including 3CX. Assist with imaging, configuring, and deploying Mac and Windows computers. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including structured cabling, Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls, and switches. Administer Microsoft Active Directory, including user account and security group management. Maintain, monitor, and configure hardware, software, LAN, and WAN infrastructure. Support and maintain Windows servers (2012 & 2016), including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP configuration. Manage Office 365 environments and troubleshoot Exchange Server (2013 or later). Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, and access points. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles. Assist in training users on common IT issues and best practices. Maintain an inventory of computer and technology assets. Maintain open communication with global IT teams to align with best practices. Provide recommendations for hardware and software improvements. Stay up to date with advancements in technology and industry trends. Participate in special projects as assigned. Support office phone systems, web conferencing tools, and A/V equipment setup. Provide occasional after-hours support as needed. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, field support, or help desk roles. Strong knowledge of Windows 7, 10, and Microsoft Office 2013 or later. Experience working with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Virtualization. Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server (2013 or later) and Office 365 administration. Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and network/server architecture. Experience with structured cabling, routers, firewalls, and Wireless Access Points. Ability to support printers, smartphones, iPads, Apple and Android devices. Familiarity with CRM/ERP/WMS systems and VoIP PBX (3CX preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional customer service mindset with a proactive approach to IT support.
