Senior Administrative Assistant - 6+ Months, Temp / Temp-to-Hire - Greenbrae - $45-$50/hour We are seeking a positive, polished, and professional Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Executive team on a temporary basis. This position is key in fostering a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and staff, ensuring the executive office runs smoothly and leaves a positive impression on all who interact with it. In support of the Executive Assistants, VP of Operations, and Chief Medical Officer, you will be the face of the executive office, providing front-facing support for meetings, visitors, and administrative needs. The position requires a highly organized and positive individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage day-to-day operations in a dynamic environment. Location : 100% onsite in Greenbrae Duration : 6+ months with potential for hire Pre-Hire Requirements : Clear criminal background check and drug screening (including cannabis) Senior Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Serve as a welcoming and professional representative of the executive office, greeting visitors with warmth and addressing inquiries with tact and professionalism. Provide high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring easy accessibility. Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and catering logistics. Troubleshoot office equipment and manage supply inventories. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive team and ensure smooth office operations. Senior Administrative Assistant Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in an executive-level setting. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and adept at learning new software applications. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a positive and approachable demeanor that enables effective interaction with executives, staff, and external stakeholders. Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to sudden changes. Professionalism: Polished and poised demeanor, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with tact. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
