YOUR IMPACT / We are looking for someone who sees people for the sum of who they are—both professional and lived experience. You’ll build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies, to ensure we always have the best talent awaiting to join our team.

You will be an advisor, partner, to hiring managers, moving quickly to tap into your vast network and discover the best talent to help solve some of the world’s most creative problems. You’ll know everything there is to know about our agency and its people, from our mission and purpose to the hometown of the last person you hired and use this knowledge to recruit with intention. You’ll impact every part of the candidate experience from your first call with candidates to their final interview.

Externally, you will be Martin’s biggest advocate. You’ll tell our story with pride and creativity, communicating our employer brand and people strategy in a way that is authentic and compelling. Candidates will see you as a trusted advisor, someone who has their best interest at heart.


WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU…

Have 4+ years’ experience recruiting for creative, design, strategy, production or client success /account management roles; have the willingness to flex to try new roles you haven’t recruited for before.

Have a spirit for people; finding the best people; listening to and bringing out the best in them; and building relationships rooted in trust and allyship.

Understand how to recruit and create space for talent from underrepresented and/or marginalized groups

Are committed to putting candidates first and have proven dedication to the candidate experience and recruiting process, always thinking of ways to make them better.

Are comfortable owning the relationship with hiring managers, and hiring teams, along with advising, influencing, and challenging when needed.

Are a confident negotiator, able to authentically build rapport and navigate differences to reach win/win.

Are adaptable and can function in an environment that is ever-changing and remain flexible and positive.

Are a strong communicator and collaborator.

Have experience with applicant tracking tools (lever or greenhouse), and various social media platforms and job boards.
