This opportunity is 100% remote (work from home). If located in Tampa, you will have the opportunity to either work out of our corporate office, work 100% remote, or hybrid in-office/remote.

As an Executive Recruiter you will execute the talent acquisition strategy by driving the full cycle recruiting process for all leadership, sales, and corporate function roles. The successful candidate will execute on multiple aspects of the recruitment process such as strategic partnering with the businesses, consultative recruitment, sourcing qualified candidates, and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Essential Job Functions

  • Advise and consult with Executive Leadership in creation and execution of multi-channel strategies to identify and source candidates for both current and future requirements across all lines of business, to include creative networking and branding initiatives
  • Employ strong business acumen to translate the needs of Valet Living into talent management solutions
  • Explore new, creative ways of sourcing talent to optimize success by direct sourcing passive talent, utilizing social media, job boards, advertisement, and networking to develop a qualified candidate slate
  • Leverage external market data, vendors, sourcing channels and the latest technology available to quickly build and maintain external talent pipelines.
  • Initiate contact with candidates with persuasiveness and maintain high touch, responsive, and lasting relationships through the recruitment life cycle (source to close)
  • Thoroughly screen, qualify and prepare candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and recruiting sources
  • Advise and consult with hiring managers on hiring decisions, job offer negotiations, and market trends within the industry
  • Provide on-going follow up with managers to provide updates and gather feedback on talent submissions and interviews
  • Identify and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies
  • Partner with counterparts on our People Operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for each new hire
  • Influence, build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruiting processes and use of sourcing tools
  • Mentor junior level recruiters on team
  • Manage and lead employment branding efforts
  • Participate in industry events and other community events as needed
  • Lead, participate and collaborate on projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of senior level professional recruiting experience overseeing the full lifecycle recruitment process, required
  • Passionate for establishing strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, guiding them through the hiring process to achieve strong outcomes
  • Demonstrated expertise in research and direct engagement of senior-level candidates
  • Ability to develop and cultivate a pipeline of candidates under tight timelines, operating with a high sense of urgency, in a rapid growth environment
  • Innovative, self-starter who can take a consultative approach with internal partners
  • Ability to adapt to different work styles and personalities
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to execute various search methodologies & strategies
  • Ability to effectively navigate within an Applicant Tracking System and manage candidate pipelines
  • Solid attention to detail and organization skills
  • Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of time, as necessary
