Process Engineer - PS3112513
Pay: $60,000 - $90,000/yr + benefits & paid holidays

The company is in need of an experienced engineer capable of working with operations and sales teams to improve current processes as well as create new products utilizing fiberglass.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems. Provide assistance in production troubleshooting and process/material optimization. Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement. Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products. Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance fiberglass manufacturing processes. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Train and mentor production staff on best practices for fiberglass handling and manufacturing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fiberglass technologies and industry trends. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in fiberglass manufacturing. Test and evaluate new fiberglass materials and products for potential use. Prepare and present reports on process improvements, product quality, and production efficiency. Qualifications:
Must have 3+ years of experience utilizing fiberglass. Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in fiberglass manufacturing, composite materials, or a related field.
