Job Description Minimum Requirements: • 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft Application Development with PeopleCode, PeopleTools (including Application Designer and Application Engine), SQR, SQL. • 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials implementation and/or upgrade, including software development of Contracts, ePro, GL, Payables, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, and Commitment Control. • 8 years of experience with Oracle. • 8 years of experience with Unix, Shell, and data migration. • 8 years of experience developing in a PeopleSoft 9.2 environment. • 8 years of experience developing reports with BI Publisher.

Preferred Qualifications: • 3 years of experience in Jira and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications: • 2 years of experience with Informatica data governance tools (Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog, and/or Informatica Data Quality). • 2 years of experience working with public health program areas or data assets. • 2 years of experience with web-based learning management systems and e-Learning authoring tools.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced CAPPS/PeopleSoft Developer to join our team on a contractor basis. This position will work on the SCOR BAU EI parallel initiative and will be responsible for performing analysis, programming services, system and report development and enhancements, interface development, and data migration to support the integration between CAPPS Financials and SCOR.

Responsibilities: • Analysis and Programming Services: Perform detailed analysis and provide programming services to support the integration of CAPPS Financials and SCOR. • System and Report Development: Develop and enhance systems and reports using PeopleCode, PeopleTools (including Application Designer and Application Engine), SQR, SQL, and Oracle. • Interface Development: Create and maintain interfaces to ensure seamless data flow between systems. • Data Migration: Manage data migration processes to support system integration. • Application Support: Provide support for application enhancements and defect corrections in maintenance mode. • Multi-Environment Support: Support applications in multiple environments, including coding, testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting. • Code Coverage and Security: Maintain code coverage, testing, and security policies and procedures. • On-Call Support: Be available for on-call support as needed. • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned and required by unit operations.
