Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload within the civil litigation practice.
- Conduct case assessments, respond to discovery requests, and prepare litigation documents.
- Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and develop trial strategies.
- Work collaboratively with team members, contributing to trial preparation and client communication.
- Participate in settlement negotiations, ensuring effective advocacy for clients.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of civil litigation ( General liability, landlord-tenant, commercial litigation, catastrophic person injury)
- Proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.
- Admitted to practice in California, with a strong preference for candidates in good standing with the CA State Bar.
