Our team is looking to recruit the right people to meet the increasing demands to integrate new business efficiently into our core sales and revenue business processes. The Lead to Cash Solution Analyst will support end-to-end planning and execution of high complexity system integration programs. This role requires collaboration with matrixed teams across Clarivate and the acquired entities. The Lead to Cash Business Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic analysis to business and delivery partners while translating business needs to technical requirements. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 5 years senior solution analyst experience documenting and managing requirements related to Lead to Cash 5 years' experience with Salesforce to include Lead to Opportunity, Configure, Price and Quoting. 3 years' experience following a project plan and schedules and being able to deliver project modules on or ahead of schedule. 5 years' experience in preparing functional specifications and detailed solution specifications. 5 years of experience with Salesforce, Apptus CPQ software implementation lifecycle A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution It would be great if you also had . . . A strong understanding of the end-to-end Lead to Cash process Strong technical, analytical, systems skills Experience with Agile software development methodology Experience with requirements management tools, including JIRA Strong accounting, financial and business acumen Experience with multiple business requirements techniques for: Elicitation, ex. Brainstorming, interviewing Definition, ex. use cases, user stories, needs specification Analysis, ex. business process modeling, gap analysis Change control, ex. dependency and traceability matrices Project Management experience What will you be doing in this role? Collaborate with the users to understand the current and future business environment to effectively anticipate, identify, and fully meet all business needs to ensure positive project outcomes. Work with IT and mission stakeholders to review, update, and maintain a business process roadmap of the to-be system and evaluate areas of reengineering by outlining potential to-be processes. Be the functional subject matter expert and provide necessary functional knowledge to development teams. Identifying and strategically prioritizing technical and functional requirements Condense complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria Lead and participate in cross-functional attribute definition and mapping of data across all data domains.Assist in defining and resolving gaps in data processes, governance, and quality Define and develop Epics, Stories, Acceptance Criteria and User Acceptance Test scripts and assist with creating training material to successfully execute on the integration program Applying a good understanding of Agile methodology and defining meaningful user stories that fit in one sprint cycle About the Team The Enterprise Services team ensures the performance and availability of critical business systems while optimizing technologies to align with business processes, including transformation and integration activities.
