My biopharma client is in search of an IT Specialist Contractor to act as a liaison between the Company
This is a temp to hire/extensions contract.
Normal workweek 20-30 hours per week.
Occasionally will need full-time, 40/hr per week support.
On-site in Skokie, IL with hybrid options if work can be done from home.
Main Activities:
Assist with onboarding new employees with IT needs
Act as a liaison between the Company and our MSP
Assisting with ticket creation/closing
Coordinating Company rollouts such as MFA’s and other security protocols
Assist with strategic planning/objectives
Manage company sharepoint/onedrive
Proper organization of department folders
Permissions
Maximizing capabilities that sharepoint has to offer
Other miscellaneous activities as they arise
