day-in-the-life
look like?
Keep process running and ensure standardized work is followed to secure safety, quality and productivity.
What does success look like?• Builds a work environment that encourages team motivation and engagement • Enforce compliance with basic rules and expected behaviors • Conducts On-the-Job-Training and manage JQM (Job Qualification Management) process • Audit Standard Work and Standard procedures are accurate and followed • Ensure 5S Compliance • Leads Shift Start Up meetings and keeps Team Leader Board updated • Responds to abnormalities, trouble shoots and escalate complex or chronic issues • Identifies waste and propose process improvements • Guarantees a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and practices • Ensures BIQ through the application of quality control practices and addresses quality problems or defects • Ensures conditions for production including labor, materials, supplies, and equipment • Strives to reach safety, quality, and productivity goals.
What you will bring:ExperienceProved Team Leader experience (1 Year)Experience with Metalsa Operating System: On the Job Training, Team Leader Board, Poke Yokes, Standardized Work, Work instructions, Job Safety Analysis, etc.Education
High School degree/diplomaTrain the trainer certification (prefered)Suggested Skills
