The ideal candidate must have the following to be considered:Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an AGM or a Manager in upscale casual diningAbility to step in and step up and contribute from day oneA top line, guest focused mentality is a mustExperience in developing and mentoring other managers and team membersAggressive intuitive ability to source and hire quality team members and successfully onboard them, orient them, and support training themAbility to lead a team, assess strengths and develop individuals to succeedAbility to communicate openly, directly, and honestly with leadership and your teamBasic understanding of restaurant accounting and ability to use data to improve operationsSalary Range & Benefits
