We are looking for a Digital Product Manager who will coach multiple digital startup clients to ideate and innovate digital products, including mobile apps, web applications and SaaS platforms.

Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer-centered value delivery and corporate growth objectives.Represent the customer within the product management and development processDeliver Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) in the form of stories and epics with prioritized features and corresponding justificationsCoordinate all product feature development efforts with marketing and engineering departments to ensure successful delivery of features per the PRDWork with executive leadership and stakeholders to maintain alignment of corporate strategies to product deliveriesWork with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunitiesRun beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samplesFacilitate methods and document findings from customer feedback on the product to use in future PRDs and feature set maintenance and deliveryBe an expert with respect to the competitionWork with clients and coworkers to improve policies, processes, tools, and resourcesAssist in finding, training and transitioning to an in-house Product Manager to facilitate future growthRequirements:

Minimum of 10 years experience as a Product Manager in Agile/Scrum process-oriented environments.Demonstrated success defining and launching 5 or more products to marketGood design senseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTechnical background with proficiency in product development tools and techniquesExcellent teamwork skillsProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityExcels in a hybrid working environmentProduct portfolio examples and at least three samples of an effective PRD delivered in the past
