Job Title: Recruiter Subject Matter ExpertJob Summary

This position is responsible for providing direct recruiting assistance to designated client groups. In addition, this role will partner with key external organizations to advance recruitment opportunities for FedWriters. Help grow the company, one hire at a time.

Responsibilities Include

Hiring candidates for positions requiring active TS/SCI/CI PolyPartnering with hiring managers and the director of operations to meet business objectivesProactively establishing and identifying recruiting process enhancements to ensure a strong candidate pipeline for multiple skillsetsPrioritizing recruiting activities (sourcing, interview days, offer management, etc.)Assisting managers with defining and validating key position requirements (e.g., defining education, experience, technical knowledge, and competencies)Sourcing, screening, and managing candidatesCrafting and communicating recruiting strategies and provide timely updates to hiring managersConducting phone screens for all candidates submittedTracking candidate and requisition progressReviewing interviewers' recommendations and participating in selection hiring discussionsNegotiating, preparing, and extending verbal offersEnsuring all contingencies are met prior to the new hire orientation

Required Qualifications And Skills

5+ years of proven experience as a recruiter3+ years of experience hiring candidates for positions requiring active TS/SCI/CI PolyProficiency in MS Office applicationsFamiliarity with ATSResults-oriented, customer-service focusedStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to actively provide recruiting support to multi-site operationsCapable of effectively building positive work partnerships with geographically dispersed individuals in multiple staff levelsAn understanding of compensation and benefits from a recruiting standpointExperience recruiting in a corporate setting supporting government contractsExperience recruiting candidates with clearances
