Purpose:

This position exists to perform all purchasing activities for the Service Parts Administration team.

The position secures components from suppliers in a cost effective manner while ensuring adequate supplies are available to meet customer and dealer requirements.

Essential functions

Initiates all Service Parts Administration purchase orders, expedites orders as needed.

Writes and processes material transfer forms.

Loads and maintains supplier quotes for after market purchased items.

Processes MRP generated work orders to Jayco side departments.

Required Experience/ Knowledge

Proficiency in personal computer skills including MicroSoft Office software

APICS certification is desired

Work Requirements

This position is primarily a sedentary position performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature.

Regularly required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.

Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

This position is a full-time position, which may require some flexibility in hours & days worked (including Saturdays, as needed).
