Position SummaryThe Senior Marketing Manager for Retail and Events will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing innovative retail focused programs and brand building events. This role will have a strong focus on developing and executing in-store visual merchandising programs to provide best-in-class consumer shopping experiences that make it easy to find and decide on RealTruck products. This role requires a strong program management background due to the complex nature of coordinating and implementing work with external partners for both the retail and event portion of the role. Additionally, this leader will work with FP&A to track ROI, dealer performance, and analytics.Core FunctionsLead, plan, implement, and provide timely status updates on all retail and events programs (Project/Program Management).Responsible for visual merchandising with a focus on design direction, development, implementation, and management of innovative in-store programs that range from shop-in-shops to individual displays.Develop, implement, and execute robust dealer/retail marketing programs to generate awareness and lead generation including event activation and point-of-purchase (POP) materials/displays.Work with planning to proactively manage our in-store displays/POP materials to ensure we have what we need when we need it, as well as reactive plans to wind down older in-store materials that will not be needed in the future.Manage Marketing Request Forms (MRF’s) – receive, update, communicate, maintain tracking to show requested, open, and completed MRF’s.Manage RFQ’s from vendors for quotes/Bids/Orders for in-store displays, and dealer materials from various suppliers.Manage our trade shows and consumer events calendar, partnerships, materials, implementation, and on-site activation. This includes attending and leading the event teams while on the ground.Formulate and track key metrics and success criteria for all retail marketing programs and events.Build scalable, efficient, and effective processes and systems to support the cross functional work required for retail programs and events.Manage the vendor/supplier agreements, budgets and all financial information pertaining to retail marketing programs and events.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required.10+ years of relevant experience is required.Proven track record of program management related to retail marketing and/or event marketing.Experience and understanding of working in the automotive accessories or a motorsports product industry is preferred.Demonstrated understanding of branding and its role in driving a business and consumer products is preferred.Skills, Abilities, And KnowledgeAbility to lead people and drive results.Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, tools, and tactic materials with understanding of business and management principles.Skilled in Microsoft Office, with familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Travel10-15% travel is required.Supervisor ResponsibilitiesManager+: Plans, organizes, evaluates, and directs the employees within the department function.
