Responsibilities:

As a member of the Finance team, the Business and Travel Analyst is responsible for booking travel, arranging room blocks, booking catering, expense reporting, cost saving initiatives, and event management. Skills should include gathering and translating user needs into business requirements, general analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent project management.Coordinates and books corporate travelDesigns tools and templates to streamline travel management initiativeCoordinates hotels and negotiates efficient rates based on regionalized needsAssists with general coordination and communication surrounding training events, including calendar scheduling, and notificationsPerforms travel reporting and analysisSolves problems and makes decisions, finds efficient solutionsCreates and maintains accurate documentationWorks collaboratively in cross-functional teamsProvides accurate and professional customer supportAssists with planning, chairing, and facilitating in-house event and meetingsMaintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidentialSubmits employee reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing dataMonthly cost reconciliationsAssists VP of Financial Analysis and HR with special projects as needed.Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Business or Finance degree preferred)Familiarity with MS-OfficeExpert in ExcelExperience with Concur or other booking platformFamiliarity with Chrome River or other expense platformExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAbility to work independently or in small groupsCapable of working under pressure and within tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCOVID-19 Policy:
