Primary Responsibilities:

Processing and application of ACH paymentsAssist with Lockbox and Wire paymentsResearch and resolve unapplied ACH payments, Wire Payments & Cash PaymentsIntegrate previous day ACH payments to Great PlainsHandle Customer Account reconciliations regarding paymentsRetrieve deposit reports and ACH/Wire reports from Online Banking SystemsCommunicate with both internal and external customers via phone and ticketing systemAssistance Accounting Department with monthly closing proceduresEducation and Experience Requirements:

2+ years in accounts receivable and/or cash applications & customer service experienceExperience in Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word and Outlook)Experience with Great Plains or similar Accounting SoftwareBasic understanding of Ticketing SystemsBachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experienceHighly analytical, detail oriented and problem-solving skillsPerform other duties as assignedOrganizational Structure:
