We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Risk Data Analyst to join our Risk Management team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in setting up a comprehensive risk quantification program and prioritizing applications for an application rationalization effort. The role involves leveraging data analytics to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, thereby ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our business processes.Responsibilities:Risk Quantification Program Development:Design and implement a robust risk quantification framework.Develop models to quantify various types of risks (operational, financial, strategic, etc.).Work with large datasets to analyze risk factors and trends.Collaborate with different departments to understand and integrate risk parameters.Application Rationalization Effort:Assess and prioritize applications based on risk, value, and alignment with business objectives.Develop criteria for the rationalization of applications, considering factors like cost, complexity, and redundancy.Analyze application data to recommend retention, retirement, or replacement strategies.Data Analysis and Reporting:Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover hidden risks.Prepare and present risk reports to stakeholders.Use data visualization tools to represent risk findings effectively.Collaboration and Advisory:Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to align risk management strategies with organizational goals.Provide expert advice on risk mitigation techniques.Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging risks.Continuous Improvement:Continuously enhance the risk management framework based on feedback and evolving business needs.Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:
