Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact for communicating vendor processes and triaging questions for UX ResearchersCollaborate with XFN partners to create, execute, and organize SOWs with a portfolio of vendorsBe a subject matter expert in your space while providing high touch support to a high volume of Researchers establishing engagements with VendorsOpen purchase orders for all new research projectsResolve invoicing issues, triaging when necessaryCreate and maintain up-to-date vendor resources and process documentation (Documents, Team Wiki, Toolkits, etc) for the UX Research teamTracking and Reporting of Vendor UsageSupport Business Operation projects through data collection, proactive problem solving, and information distributionUphold and provide guidance around compliance policies for engaging with vendorsSkills:
2+ years experience working in a coordination role with a high volume of projectsAbility to communicate clearly and collaborate with peers, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior managementAbility to multi-task and execute on multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to independently identify solutions through critical thinkingTrack record of being detail-orientedProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePrior experience with procurement, vendor/suppliers, or purchasing is nice to haveBe proactive and self-directed with an ability to take direction and follow detailed instructions where neededExcellent organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and juggle competing prioritiesPassionate about Company and its productsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree requiredCompensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and end client requirements).
