The Vice President of Operations is the representation of The Sola Salons brand to the franchisee community. They define and drive Franchisee Performance, Field Operations, Project Management and execution, Education of franchisees and Sola Pros, and Brand Standards. They also embody and foster all aspects of the brand, culture and core values to protect the franchisees’ investment and future.Primary Responsibilities

Lead, Coach and Inspire a team of FBCs (Franchise Business Consultants) who help franchisees to improve their business operations, profitability and comply with brand standards.Lead all Learning and Development initiatives including curriculum creation, gap analysis, Learning Management System selection and administration.Lead execution of all projects defined in annual plan from ideation to execution.Look for methods to improve quality, efficiency and productivity, reduce costs and increase profitsResponsible for driving unit level economics, franchisee profitability and for increasing franchisee KPIsWork collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls and procedures that improve the overall efficiency and quality of serviceOwn the content of the Operations Manual, ensuring that it reflects the current brand standards by partnering with the Radiance Holdings legal team to ensure the manual is updated regularly.Drive franchisee engagement by leveraging all critical programs and events, including; our annual conference, regional meetings, webinars, e-mail communications, social media, and intranet, measuring results based on correlation to performance and overall satisfaction.Build positive, trusting relationships with new and existing franchise owners, vendors, the Sola team, other Radiance Holdings brand leaders,Demonstrate and ensure operational excellent through the training, coaching and encouragement of Sola’s FBC team.Maintain and enhance Sola’s system for effective location evaluations and enforcement of brand standards.Consistently uphold and represent Sola and Radiance’s core values.Instill accountability for the team to execute growth plansCreate and implement effective action plans with team to address strategic initiatives

Required Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Franchising5-10 years of experience in leading a team

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $175,000 annually and is commensurate with experience. This is a salary exempt position meaning it’s not eligible for overtime compensation. This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. All bonuses are subject to board approval.#J-18808-Ljbffr
