About Woodhouse:Woodhouse Spas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Radiance Holdings, LLC. Woodhouse believes that true renewal leads to a more joyful life, and we are looking for a Director of Field Operations who supports the Woodhouse Mission through various operation initiatives. The Director of Field Operations will join our Operations team to ensure the growth and success of our franchise partners. This role is a leadership position that requires the highest level of integrity, collaboration, and communication amongst the Woodhouse team.

The right person for this position is passionate about supporting others’ success, has a proven ability to communicate, is organized, detail oriented, and can assist in developing systems and executing processes in a dynamic setting.

This key position will optimize franchise business performance through consistent observation, assessment, goal setting, and coaching of assigned franchisees and their employees. They will utilize relevant tools and strategies to elevate sales, profitability, operating standards, and key performance indicators, especially during the critical startup/launch phases.

Travel for field visits and meetings with franchisees is required for 2-3 days at a time (up to 30% travel).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular one-on-one business performance reviews/coaching calls with assigned franchise partners to identify opportunities and implement the strategies, programs, and tools that will optimize unit economics, growth, profitability, and adherence to company processes and brand standards.

Organize and conduct small group meetings with franchisees to drive company initiatives.

Collaborate with the Operations department to develop best practices and solve issues that hinder franchise success.

Collaborate with other departments as needed to develop and implement projects to support company objectives.

Manage projects that further the Woodhouse business model and improve franchisee profitability.

Perform field visits to troubleshoot and/or support franchisee training and performance; may require up to 30% out of state travel.

Provide ongoing operational assistance to franchisees and their employees.

Report performance and KPIs of assigned franchise locations to department manager, company leadership team, and other company team members as appropriate.

Assist in the development and execution of franchisee training programs including the annual conference.

Serve as the main project manager for tracking, monitoring, and communicating on related initiatives, KPIs, and company strategy.

Work on special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

5+ years previous experience in a similar role within a franchise organization, ideally as an FBC (or similar role).

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Management and/or leadership skills – preferably managed a team before (with direct reports).

Exceptional interpersonal skills, a relationship builder with the ability to generate and maintain positive, effective working relationships.

Exceptional organizational, verbal & written communication, and time management skills.

Compensation:The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 annually and is commensurate with experience. This is a salary exempt position meaning it’s not eligible for overtime compensation. This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. All bonuses are subject to board approval.
