Simplify complex concepts for easy understanding.
Utilize technology to review, organize, and present facts and information effectively.
Research legal issues, draft memos, briefs, and pleadings.
Assist with discovery in litigation matters.
Attend client meetings, take depositions, and appear in court.
Optional involvement in other business and intellectual property law practice areas.
Requirements:
Graduation from a top law school and/or with honors.
2+ years (3+ years preferred) of litigation experience at a top-tier law firm.
Admission to the Michigan Bar or ability to obtain reciprocal admission.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
