Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is seeking a Manager 2, Capture Management. This individual will lead capture-related activities for small- to medium-sized programs with a focus on mission planning and decision support products and services. The successful candidate will have a chance to lead some of the most exciting new capture opportunities in the areas of mission planning, command and control, electronic warfare, electromagnetic battle management, and the artificial intelligence center of excellence. Some domain knowledge of electronic warfare and electromagnetic battle management is preferred. This individual will work closely with Northrop Grumman's senior capture and leadership teams and other industry and government partners to run all aspects of his/her assigned pursuits. Specific areas of focus include market research and data analytics, customer relationship management and shaping, and capture strategy development and execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and willing to help the team through its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and negotiation abilities in support of setting strategy and developing requirements with the warfighter. Ensuring new business activity is carried out in accordance with government, customer, and Northrop Grumman policies, procedures, and processes. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. 10+ years' experience with program management, customer management, capture, and/or business development. Knowledge of customer acquisition processes. Active Secret Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM). Some domain knowledge of electronic warfare and electromagnetic battle management Prior experience with civil and commercial capture and/or business development. Experience working with geographically dispersed teams. Experience in program planning, budget development and execution, workforce planning, risk management, and the implementation of project processes and controls. Current/active TS/SCI security clearance. Salary Range:

$151,900 - $227,900 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
