BDC representatives handle the dealership's internet and phone interactions with our customers. The right candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to set appointments. A dependable work ethic, an outgoing personality and to be customer service oriented is a necessity. We offer a very competitive salary with additional bonus incentives, which reflects experience and ability levels. The schedule is a 40 hour work week which includes some evenings until 8:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on a rotating basis.
