We strongly encourage your application, as we value the perspective, experience and potential you could bring to CHANEL.The Lead, Talent Acquisition- US Retail will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and the execution of filling all management and non-management retail positions for the Fragrance & Beauty, Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry divisions in the U.S. for the West and Central regions and will have one direct report. Reporting into the Group Director Retail Talent Pipeline, this will be achieved through the development of recruiting strategies that match both current and future business needs, creating strong relationships with hiring managers, building a candidate pipeline, project management, and client service. The right individual will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent while developing an internal and external talent pipeline.**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Lead full life cycle recruiting for all open and future retail positions across the F&B, Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry Divisions for their region.* Partner with Retail Leadership, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to understand business objectives, role requirements and desired candidate profiles in order to develop appropriate strategy.* Plan and lead Recruitment events for large scale hiring initiatives, including but not limited to new store openings, holiday hiring, etc..* Develop innovative candidate sourcing strategies through various channels: networking through industry contacts, recruitment technology and internal talent, in order to build a diverse talent pipeline in each market.* Provide training, coaching, and guidance to hiring managers on sourcing, interviewing and recruiting best practices involved in full cycle recruiting, including the use of Workday and other Talent Acquisition Tools and Technologies.* Manage the interview process by providing a hi-touch candidate experience and coordinate with key stakeholders on feedback.* Maintain ongoing relationships with all candidates including internals, externals and employee referrals in order to foster internal mobility, candidate pipeline and build succession.* Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team on strategy, process, and information dissemination.* Track and maintain internal tools, job postings and databases with real time updates and communicate key metrics.* Participate in Talent Acquisition and Divisional team meetings, interview days, ad-hoc projects where applicable.* Develop and executive on Diverse Recruitment strategies to ensure talent pipeline is inclusive of all backgrounds, cultures, and experiences.* Proactively remain up to date on recruitment and industry trends by attending professional networking events, secret shopping and market visits.**POSITION REQUIREMENTS****:*** 7-10+ years minimum of full life cycle recruitment experience (Retail industry Recruitment experience preferred)* Solid relationship building, follow-up/follow through skills across all levels and with candidates* Well versed in using technology and social media platforms, i.e., Microsoft applications, Workday, LinkedIn* Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills* Strong desire to build collaborative partnerships and relationships within a team environment with a growth mindset* People leadership + development experience a plus and the ability to influence and inspire others towards the vision and goals of the organization* Comfortable and agile in the middle of ambiguity* Ability to travel for recruitment purposes and maintain a flexible work schedule* Bachelors degree is preferredCHANEL is a private company whose values are grounded in creating the conditions for people to perform at their best and feel fulfilled and confident in their work.
