The successful candidate will have excellent academics, a minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial litigation, and a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced legal environment.Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and judicial officers.Collaborate with partners and associates to develop case strategies and tactics.Manage case files, deadlines, and billing records in an organized and efficient manner.Stay updated on developments in commercial litigation law and procedure.Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.Excellent academic credentials.Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial litigation.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.Benefits
