A law firm in Pennington, NJ, seeks an experienced Per Diem Commercial Litigation Attorney with 6-10 years of expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.Duties:
Independently handle commercial litigation cases, overseeing all aspects from initiation to resolution.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums.Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to negotiate settlements when applicable.Provide legal advice on commercial litigation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Stay updated on legal developments and changes in commercial litigation practices.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in commercial litigation.Admitted to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.Skills:
Proven experience in independently managing commercial litigation cases.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in drafting legal documents and pleadings.
