Manage and oversee complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials.Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to develop case strategies.Provide legal advice on litigation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Stay updated on legal developments and changes in litigation practices.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in litigation.Strong background in insurance defense firms.Proven real-world trial experience.Education:
