Manage and oversee employment defense litigation cases from initiation to resolution.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation.Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to develop case strategies.Maintain excellent case management, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.Handle multiple matters simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.Excellent research, writing, and case management skills.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple matters concurrently.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Admission to the Bar in California.Skills:
Strong litigation skills with a focus on employment defense matters.Excellent research and writing abilities.Effective case management and organizational skills.Ability to handle a high volume of work with precision.Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting billable hour requirements.
