Manage and oversee employment defense litigation cases from initiation to resolution.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums.Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to develop and execute case strategies.Maintain excellent case management, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.Handle multiple matters concurrently, balancing priorities effectively.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with a focus on employment defense.Excellent research, writing, and case management skills.Proven ability to handle multiple matters concurrently.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Admission to the Bar in California.Skills:
