Senior Project Manager - Water Resources
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer for an immediate full time opportunity in their Austin office. Preference is a licensed engineer in the state of Texas with 20 years of experience. Experience in the Austin area is desired.The role will include providing senior oversight of a diverse range of stormwater projects and serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Fluvial Geomorphology. The position will include working collaboratively in a team environment providing engineering analysis and design for public works infrastructure and transportation projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform as a FluvialGeomorphologySubject Matter Expert.
Perform Project Management and Task Management duties for water resources projects.
Perform business development activities.
Manage hydrologic and hydraulic studies and FEMA permitting
Perform Quality Control reviews of a wide range of hydrology, hydraulics, scour, and geomorphic projects
Mentor EIT, PE, and Project Management staff regarding hydrologic, hydraulic, and geomorphic theory and practice
Conduct site visits and document findings.
Write and coordinate preparation of graphic materials for presentations and documents.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to prepare civil engineering documents and specifications.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to write clearly to communicate technical issues and design ideas.
Ability to present in a meeting.
Ability to mentor staff
