Legal Talent Coordinator OR Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report directly to Legal Talent Manager Execute various onboarding processes for new legal hires Create various onboarding portals Ensure system updates are implemented when necessary Maintain and distribute new hire information via onboarding portals Coordinate new hire orientations in the U.S. and London; handle all aspects of the legal staff onboarding process for U.S. and London Lead one-off orientation sessions for new hires Assist with reviewing and submitting incoming associate expenses and invoices Prepare support materials for new hires Provide support with miscellaneous Legal Talent ad hoc projects REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required 2+ years of Legal Personnel or related experience in a Human Resources or Recruiting capacity Previous law firm experience preferred but not required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal personnel databases Excellent written and oral communication skills High levels of personal organizational, planning and management skills Able to maintain high level of consciousness and sensitivity to employee needs Evidence of own continual professional development and a willingness to undertake further training as required to fulfill the changing needs of the firm
