Strategic Planning Analyst - Strategic Planning & Business Development Administr

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration or related field and 2 years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.
Job Summary:
Performs business, strategic planning, and operational analysis activities to multiple areas across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters’ Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred.
Experience in Health Systems and Academic Medicine is desirable.
Experience with healthcare analytics tools (i.e. Sg2, Clarify, etc.)
Job Duties:
Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of current and future strategies, business plans, and policies to optimize organizational excellence.
Supports the coordination, preparation, and analytical review of business and operational reports, market share reports, scorecards, metrics, and benchmarks across multiple areas.
Develops new concepts and approaches, as well as identifying job tools, techniques, and methods to apply to specific strategic management situations.
Creates advanced presentations with sophisticated graphics to facilitate executive planning sessions and strategic discussion.
Supports the analysis of historical and projected business and operational data to provide leadership information to make relevant business and strategic decisions, including but not limited to market trends, competition landscape, growth areas, and new opportunities.
Supports the preparation of information to support developing trends that will inform forecasts, management decision making, and/or strategic planning processes.
Monitors and provides documentation of process transformation and scorecard performance at the institutional level.
Monitors market and industry trends to ensure organizational foresight, and efficiently retrieves and compiles market and/or business data and statistical information.
Supports strategic plan and business plan development that create solutions for strategic issues and opportunities.
Remains current with and progressively learns industry trends, analytical techniques, and appropriate analytical systems/platforms necessary to complete essential job functions.
Serves as a facilitator for leadership level audience as needed.
Performs examinations/observations of department/component/entity operations (staffing, structure, systems, workflow) to support process redesign as needed.
Extracts data from institutional systems as needed.
Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
Performs related duties as required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Possess at least an entry level understanding, with progressive development, of business knowledge and relationships, analytical techniques, operations, and working knowledge of health care practices and processes.
Proven knowledge and strong track record of strategic management concepts, practices, and procedures.
Demonstrated track record of strong presentation development and communication accomplishments.
Proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring
Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Partial Remote, onsite as needed. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and as needed on occasion.
