Regional Sales Director

with consultative enterprise solutions sales experience to join our unique team. A professional with experience in developing and managing relationships with enterprise organization stakeholders while executing the sales process from first contact to final agreement. This is a tremendous opportunity for a proven hunter and communicator with knowledge in home health, homecare and/or hospice solutions.

Possess a strong desire to generate new prospects and respond to all sales leads, with hustle and hunger for successProactively listen to qualify prospective client needsSelf-motivated to build and maintain a robust sales pipelineIdentify stakeholders and navigate multidisciplinary sales processA collaborative team player working to deliver joint sales efforts success as neededPromotes client satisfaction through consistent interactions to build loyalty and trustTrack all sales activities utilizing SalesForceSecures client reference ability and drives client participation in select marketing programs and eventsCollaborate with Client Experience team seamlessly transition new client to onboarding to assure on-time completion of all deliverablesWhat you bring…

Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred3+ years of home health, homecare, hospice or relevant experienceWorking knowledge of SAAS and cloud computing a plusHighly motivated hunter with consultative sales experienceExcellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to develop and present to client executive level leadership and key client stakeholders is requiredDemonstrated ability to organize, follow through and problem-solveExperience in Consultative Selling methodologyExperience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
