Support day-to-day operations through team collaborationOptimizing operations processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standardsAssisting with the implementation of new processes and proceduresIdentifying ways to improve the customer experienceOrdering supplies and maintaining inventory levelsTraining new employees and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followedInteracting with clients and suppliers, answering questions, and resolving issuesSelf-motivated, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve operational challengesTracking and reporting on operational performanceMaintaining policy and procedures documentsWhat you bring…
Bachelor's degree required2+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar roleAbility to work onsiteAbility to analyze and improve operational processesStrong people management and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDetail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management skillsAbility to work in the Dallas office as this is not a remote position
