The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting our Marketing and ECommerce teams through a variety of valuable tasks, including leading brand campaigns, developing the Picky marketing calendar, expanding our influencer program and being our central lead for all Picky innovation launches - just to name a few! The Associate Marketing Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing and works closely with the Marketing Team, the Ecommerce Team and Logistics Teams. The successful candidate is extremely detail-oriented, proactive in their follow-through, and passionate about building relationships and developing an exciting career in marketing at a top-notch brand!
This position will be based in Boulder, Colorado with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Lead the revenue growth and brand development of the Picky Bars brandOversee day-to-day campaigns and ensure brand consistencyFacilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channelsManage the Picky Bars website and email contentSupport expansion of the brand into retail distributionContent creation for social mediaWork with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthlyEnsure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminologyWork with the CX team on aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experienceCreate actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedInEnsure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and othersCreate & Oversee the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiativesExpert-level reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to make the numbers tell a story and interpret metrics for executive-level stakeholders.Requirements:
Previous experience building a brand on social media (food experience a plus)Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field - nice to haveProficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpotStrong design and computer skills (google analytics, creator studios, social media platforms, google docs)Excellent communication skills including verbal and writtenGeneral knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web contentRelevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attentionStrong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreachFlexible self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, detailed oriented and emotional intelligenceEffective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines
