The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting our Marketing and ECommerce teams through a variety of valuable tasks, including expanding our influencer program, extending our brand campaigns into social media channels and being our voice to the consumer online - just to name a few! The Associate Brand Manager reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the Marketing Team, the Ecommerce Team and Logistics Teams. The successful candidate is extremely detail-oriented, proactive in their follow-through, and passionate about building relationships and developing an exciting career in marketing at a top-notch brand!
This position will be based in Boulder, Colorado with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Lead and execute three pillars of marketing - innovation, base business management and campaign development and launchesAnalyze consumer/consumption data to monitor health of business and identify insights to drive strategy and directionSupport the creation and execution of the business growth objectivesDemonstrate strong understanding of key P&L drivers for the portfolio, especially when developing new innovationPartner with Sales, Shopper & Customer Marketing to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities at retailManage the business day-to-day, including budgets and serving as a point person for the marketing team on execution of seasonal brand campaigns, packaging and marketing collateral updatesAssist Sr. Marketing Director with development and execution of strategic plans, priorities, objectives, and budgets pertaining to the management of the portfolioAssist in deployment of marketing plans and packaging updates; work with external agencies as well as cross-functional teams on creative development and logisticsAct as key point-of-contact for all marketing partnershipsLead cross-functional teams to drive key projects and initiatives including E-commerce, Supply Chain and RetailRequirements:
Previous experience as an Associate Brand Manager (food experience a plus)Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field - nice to haveStrong design and computer skills (google analytics, creator studios, social media platforms, google docs)Excellent communication skills including verbal and writtenGeneral knowledge of both retail and e-commerce channel marketingRelevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attentionStrong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreachFlexible self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, detailed oriented and emotional intelligenceEffective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines
