Service BDC Agent , you will identify and secure new leads while also maintaining positive and collaborative relationships with existing customers. In this role, you will rely heavily on your socially-focused, "how can I help you?" attitude as you interact with new and existing clients, and ensure their service needs are addressed properly by promptly scheduling necessary appointments. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with each day different from the next. Responsibilities

What you'll do as the Service BDC Agent:

Answer all calls from current and prospective clients promptly and provide exceptional customer serviceSchedule all necessary appointments to properly address customers' primary concernEnsure all customers are comfortable and informed through effective communicationDrive repeat and referral business through the establishment and maintenance of positive relationships with customersEnsure timely and accurate documentation of customer records based on interactionsQualifications

What you'll need to be our Service BDC Agent:

Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethicCasual, uninhibited, and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informalityHighly precise worker, who remains cautious while respecting authorityPrevious inbound / outbound customer service, call center, or sales experience (preferred)Strong customer service skills including: problem solving, listening, and communication (written and verbal)High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license without restrictions
