As CRM Manager, you'll manage, maintain, and execute all direct marketing campaigns and offers. Additionally, you'll:Create, distribute, and upload offers to player management system, CRM database, and website.Manage and execute all promotions including rules, purchasing, and customer communications.Create and distribute reports for direct marketing programs, promotions, events, and VIP players.Automate programs and offers whenever possible.Assist with functions associated with maintenance of MotorCity's player database and CRM system(s) which include, but are not limited to, data entry, list checking, proof reading, and customer service inbound calls.Primary contact with outside vendors in the coordination of direct mail programs and promotions.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.What We Offer

Requirements:

Two years of experience in direct marketing or promotions function as a coordinator, analyst, or manager (or other alternative as deemed appropriate).Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (or other alternative as deemed appropriate).
