Program Analyst

Program Analyst is responsible for managing communications with overseas countries and leading the development and publication of program documentation, such as a monthly newsletter, lessons learned, best practice reviews and surveys. These efforts entail engagement with local team members as well as overseas stakeholders in partner countries in the developing world across Africa, Asia, and Europe. The Program Analyst also designs program branding and ensures use of standard templates. Additionally, the Program Analyst identifies the need for training guides and easy reference sheets to improve stakeholder understanding of the program processes and tools. This work includes both remote and on-site collaboration with the team and stakeholders from more than eleven developing countries and requires travel to partner countries, as needed.
Program Analyst responsibilities:• Travel to overseas MCAs to support key program activities (as described below), upon request.• Help coordinate overseas implementations and ongoing support efforts.• Develop and distribute a Monthly Press, which describes program highlights and upcoming events.• Conduct and document Lessons Learned and Best Practice Reviews with overseas MCAs.• Develop, administer, and compile surveys to support business application and process improvements.• Design and develop enhanced instructional materials, including Q&As, cheat sheets and tutorials.• Develop and promote use of standard templates and branding for MCA MIS Program.• Own and manage MCA Connect, an online portal with program documentation and interactive communication forums.• Manage and maintain project documentation in preferred tools, including Confluence and Jira.• Help coordinate logistics for stakeholder trainings and other forums.• Learn SAP Core Solution functionality and support training initiatives.• Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience with at least 2 years of related experience.• Strong communication skills, written and spoken.• Proficient in analyzing and solving problems related to project.• Ability to multi-task.• Strong ability to give attention to details.• Willingness to travel to overseas developing countries.
Preferred Qualifications• Proficient in French language• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment or with developing countries.
Remote work except DC-based trainings and overseas travel. Estimated travel up to 25 business days/per year.Skills & Requirements QualificationsNOTES:
