SUMMARY

Ticket Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling and servicing new accounts, creating new ideas to increase ticket sales, and working all home games to support ticket sales initiatives and promotions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSell SPHL hockey ticket products with primary focus on season ticket plans and secondary focus on group tickets and corporate outingsBuild relationships to provide repeat businessFocus on customer-centered serviceMake a minimum of 50 cold calls per day to area companies and consumers to sell group tickets, season tickets, and partial plan packagesOther duties may be assigned.QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communication skills, both written and oralManage multiple relationships wellDetail-oriented and organizedAggressive, competitive, and committedHighly motivated with effective time management skillsMinimum of 1 year experience in the area of ticket sales
