The Southeast Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the Southeastern United States, including installation, service, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional managerial skills to drive growth, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards within the division.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans for the southeast region to achieve sales targets, market penetration, and revenue growthCollaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive residential elevator sales and serviceOversee the day-to-day operations of the Southeast region, including installation, service, and maintenancePrioritize and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong customer relationshipsDevelop, grow, lead, and mentor a team of mechanics/technicians and collaborate with the sales team in the southeast region to foster a positive work culture, promote teamwork, and encourage professional developmentFull P&L responsibility for the region including revenue forecasts, expense control, and profitability analysisEnsure compliance with industry standards, codes, regulations, and safety guidelines for residential elevator installations and servicePrepare regular reports on key performance metrics, sales results, financial performance, and operational activitiesQualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus5 years of experience in a senior management role within the elevator industry or a related field, with a focus on the residential segmentStrong knowledge of residential elevator systems, industry regulations, and safety standardsExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
